Laundry faucet was tripping. Two technicians came to fix it. Installed a new faucet. One guy was working, the other one telling him what to do. But they changed very fast and the faucet works like a charm. I will call them again.

I called Ways Plumbing on a Friday night as there was water leaking into the basement after a washing machine had been installed earlier in the day. Ways came the following morning and assessed very quickly what the problem may be, and fixed the leak, plus found the potential of a future leak and repaired that as well. All this was done within one hour. The work was excellent and everything was fully cleaned afterwards...... I would definitely recommend them for any future work

Ways Plumbing and Heating came to install shut-off valves on water supply lines for a bathroom reno. Difficult, cramped environment. They came promptly, as promised, were courteous and carefully reviewed with me what they intended to do after looking over the job. They worked quickly and did a beautiful job of the installation.
